If anyone on here needs or knows someone that needs a "Persons With Disabilities Permit Application" from let me know.
I now have it on file and can email it to yopu. It is a rather large file so if you have dial up I might ahve to send it by snail mail..
I have requested that the IDNR put that form on their website. They said that they woul do that, however it might take a little time to do that.
