Heading down to Hoosier Trapper Supply tomorrow to get some stuff. Glad that I called ahead, some things they have are exactly what I needed (qty wise) so they are holding them aside for me.

I imagine the trip will be more than just a "walk in, buy stuff and walk out". LOL

The first time I went there my gps was confused on where the correct address was. It differently wasn’t what I had pictured in my mind.... off the road set back.

I stopped down there today. My GPS was spot on, there was a sign at the road too. Walked in with a shopping list, walked out with everything on the list and a few more things that I wasn't really sure I needed or not.
One thing I'm glad that I did before I left there. I asked Charlie to put the urine/lures/baits in a box and tape the box closed so I could drive home with it in the bed of the truck. With it being winter I don't know if I could have aired out the truck enough once I got home from the long distance call lure....... I had the box on the enclosed back porch for 45 minutes and moved the whole box to the barn. LOL
I'll be busy tonight making up disposable stakes and prepping traps.

Jeez, I would have never thought it would take so long to get stuff ready. Clean oil off of traps. Put extra swivels, shock springs, 6" more chain and split rings on the traps. Make up 2 dz. disposable stakes from 3/32" cable. I'll bet I will have 5+ hours into getting them ready and I still will have to dye/wax them.
I will dig out all my old traps when I get ready to dye/wax the traps and hit the old ones too. Probably will not use most of them (I gotta check the regs to see if any size non-offset jaw foot hold traps are still legal to use.) All the body grip traps will get dyed, all the foot hold will get dyed/waxed.
