They are lucky to be alive.
Hunters are killed every year by a deer that has been shot.
Who takes only 2 shells on a hunt?
Too bad the deer was hurt as bad as it was.
Maybe it could have put up a better fight.

Said he didn’t have any more shells or a knife. Then he does have more shells. Why take a longer second shot and then walk up to the deer and not finish it off quickly? Definitely not a hunter just someone that wants to shoot stuff. Someone should have gotten these boys a target instead. The older is the police chief’s step son.
