You guys eat fish everyday or have a big freezer? Brian is in collage and lives in a lake cabin with 7 other guys. They eat a lot of wild game, they also keep very few fish. Most of the time its catch and release. Only fish caught today, 20 inch laker (released). |

Nice not to many lakes up we’re I go have Lakers in them a few do but I’ve not fished them yet not all that many trout of any kind around me

Headed to lake geneva this morning since we dont have good ice around me. Never pulled a pike from the ice so maybe this will be the first!! I,ve been itching to get out so i really don't care how good the bite is,since i will be there with good friends and cold beer!! After fishing of course!!

Dang nice fish!!!!!!! How is the fishing for them during open water season? Some days good, some bad from what I hear. I only open water fished them one time, as soon as the ice comes off the lakes they can be found in shallower waters. Most people use down riggers and troll. |

Is Trout lake a boundary waters lake? Yes, the boys snowmobile across Vermilion Lake, then it is a 2 mile hike into the boundary waters. I marked their spot with the pin.  |

My boy and I went to the Port of Indiana on Lake Michigan today. The coho salmon are in and hungry! I haven't done much salmon fishing since I went with my dad as a kid. It's fun, and now my boy has the bug. So we tried our luck today, and went 2 for 6, but one was foul hooked. I hooked them and let him reel them in. We fried him up tonight and enjoyed him with dinner.  |
