mooneye or goldeneye, not a skipjack.
That anal fin and general proportions is the key for me. Skipjack don't have teeth either. If you are catching on any of the 3 can be in the water. I have caught all 3 around williams.

Took the boat on the water today after we’ve had some issues. All electrical ignition parts have been replaced. Was a little sketchy at first, but got all the cobwebs out and it ran fine the rest of the time. Only ended up with 7 bluegills today.
