Most of my friends and relatives that hunt have been sucessfull. Nephew 6 pt archery Best hunting bud 8 pt today Second best bud 2 does archery Adopted son (I have no children)15 pt saturday Me 2 pt (the story) thought I shot a huge doe but upon recovery it was a 160 lb buck that had both horns broke off. One was 2 1/2 inches the other was 2 3/4 in. And that is measuring them as long as possible. I wanted to make sure I could check it in on antlerless license but I would have checked it in on my buck tag if they were 3 in or longer. Other nephew was chasing a 160 incher but it was taged on neighboring property yesterday. He had 3 close calls but no shots so he is now chaseing a 140 incher. Another friends young boy got his first. A nice 6 pt My nephew's best friend got his first deer while hunting with my nephew. Another nice 6 pt. The only bad spot is I found out yesterday another nephew lost his hunting ground 2 weeks ago because of a family fude in the land owners family. He has not been able to get his stands out yet but will soon. He has a couple other places but they are not as productive/quality of deer. (He is a horn hunter) All in all it has been a very good season for us. Hope yours has been good too

I've been really busy this year, we bought a house I'm trying to get ready to rent out. I've only been able to get out about six times this year. So far I've only seen four deer...and I arrowed two of them.
