I would if I could. I can't draw my vertical bow back anymore at all.
I do recall years ago "trying" to draw on a buck in the very late season and couldn't even get my bow back. Too cold and too many clothes on.
A crossbow comes in very handy then,.
It is NICE to have a choice.

I have as of last year and plan to do so again this year and every year . The cold temps of December make a pop-up blind very cozy and inviting and the recurve I shoot just doesn't like to be restricted by walls and a ceiling . The crossbow suits this application perfectly .
