Well after actually hunting most of the season already down here in Arkansas with my crossbow I believe next season I am going back to a compound or maybe even a recurve bow. I am tired of lugging that heavy thing all over the woods, and hate to shoot it at other varmits because it is so powerful that you are going to lose a arrow every shot. I will keep it and and still shoot it and maybe hunt with it on occasions.

I hope that I do not even get to where this is all I have to hunt with.

Also to all the nay sayers out there until you have tried for one season do not comment on how darn easy it is. I truly believe if a anti-crossbow individual did put in just one season of actual hunting with one of these bows that would have a truly differnt feeling concerning them.

I still plan to take mine out during LA this year , mine must be lighter than yours , but I'll also drag out the recurve as well .
