New lease in Morocco available

I came upon a lease that is available in Morocco fairly close to Willow Slough. The guy lives in Florida but was originally from this area for the better part of his life. This is his family farm that consists of 126+|- acres of which around 26 is thick woods with a small pond at the back of it and the rest crop field with a nice tree line to hunt. His nephew (in his 60’s) lives at the front of the property on around 12 acres or so but doesn’t want hunting on his ground. And he’s also routinely walking his dogs around his property. He wants $2,000.00 for a full year lease and all legal game is included. Also doesn’t mind if theirs a camper stored there to enjoy. I ran into the guy and started talking. Then he spilled the beans to me followed by us going to take a look at it. Anyhow I’m good with ground but figured I’d throw it out there to all of you. Really doesn’t make a difference to me with way. Just told him I would pass the word as he is actively looking. I thought it was pricey but he’s firm on the cost and sure he’ll get it. Said his #1 rule is don’t screw with the crops. Well I guess let me know if you’re serious and interested.
