The Maurice Thompson Archery Club will allow crossbows at their 3D shoots. The club is located in Crawfordsville, Indiana. I had been a member there until this year, and still shoot there. I know the president of the club, and asked him today about allowing crossbows, and his response was, I have no problem with it. ;D It is a small club, nothing special, and has been struggling the past few years. They have some Reinhart's, but mostly older Mckenzie targets. probably 90%-10%. But... it's a place to shoot crossbows at 3D targets in the woods. It's $10.00 for non members to shoot, kids under 16 shoot free. Most shoots they have burgers, hotdogs, drinks, etc... The next 3D shoot is August 14. The plan is to have 21 3D targets, and 14 field animal targets. I'll be there, hope to see some others. Here is their website, www.home.earthlink.net/~mauricethompsonarchery/index.htm
