We've spent the last couple of weekends moving a couple of ladder stands, clearing shooting lanes, and moving a shooting house before the green up gets going and the ticks go nuts!
Anyone else finishing up a few late Winter/early Spring chores?

Soon as warmer weather is here to stay I will be starting on another shooting house on my uncle's property. His health isn't what it used to be so an enclosure will be a welcome spot for him to sit and hunt.
EDIT: Guess I should clarify that this will be the only shooting house on my uncle's property. My other two are on the property that my Dad and I have permission to hunt. They were all assembled with screws so that if we had to vacate the property, the blinds could be disassembled and completely gone in a day or two. An older gentleman owns the property and when he passes I am guessing the daughter will not allow hunting from what I have heard about her.

Just need to check my stands and ladders. Took all of them down this past season. Plan to put back up in August. I know where three of four are going, but a little undecided on the fourth one.

I need to get some gravel put down for a drive before I can even park to do much. It's been a soggy spring so far...
