I thought I would try the Extreme Archery Shrink Fletch vanes on my crossbow bolts. From my experience, don't waste your money. I heated the water, and inserted the tube/vanes. The vanes wrinkled BAD.
I decided to see if I had the water too hot. I tried another one at different temps, and kept heating the water just until the tube would shrink, and the results were the same. Wrinkled vanes. I decided to buy an AAE crossbow bolt fletcher.
Just my experience, and opinion.
