Mamma got into the freezer yesterday and cooked up a fine dinner. She basted the Coho that my grandsons caught off Lake Michigan last year with some Partanna Sicilian lemon extract/virgin olive oil and cooked that to an internal 140 degrees. Then she fried up some Parmesan crusted turkey breast from my Spring turkey. Topped that with her Mom's old Dutch recipe of "prajke", pronounce like "Rocky with a P in front!" This is also known as Hutspot in Holland today (simply mashed up carrots, potatoes and onions). Pretty bland to most people, but great for someone like me that is not into spices and likes the simple taste of wild fish and game!
