Can't personally vouch for them, but they get good reviews on the internet. Can't beat the price for 370 fps. May want to add noise dampening.

Me either but my neighbor filled his freezer before gun season with a doe and a buck that field dressed at 213 lbs with the same bow. I think he will vouch for it. LOL! But then again how does the saying go "it is not the tool, it is the mechanic". Known him for 22 years and his freezer stays full |

It seems ever month standard crossbows (non vortec style) price has been dropping like a lead ball. It appears a lot of manufactures stopping making that traditional type and trying to dump them.

Its an old model from what I understand. I bought the Specialist XL which from what I read is the model that replaced this one. I haven't had any issues with it but haven't hunted with it yet.
