Does anyone have a recommendation for a good waterfowl taxidermist within a couple hours of Indy? Saw some older threads on here but not sure who is still in business.

Hoosier trapping supplies in Greenwood is good just not sure on waterfowl. I bet there are some on display.
My buddy uses Linachers out of Washington. Big lake around chesterton does good work.
There are some that take mail deliveries. Birdman or something like that is one of the nations best in waterfowl. I have a few friends that have done that route all by mail.

jman, did you ever find anyone. I have a place where I deer hunt that has small pond in a valley surrounded by cedars. Was thinking about sneaking down there through the cedars to take a few out to mount if I could find a good Taxy.

parrothead I haven't taken anything to them but I'm leaning towards Lengacher's in Washington. I have family/hunt within an hour of there and they seem to have pretty good reviews.

Got my birds back from the taxidermist. I ended up going with Sportsman's Taxidermy in Louisville.   |
