If you need a replacement Hunter Education, Trapper Education, or Boater Education card, visit www.ilostmycard.com to order a replacement.
If you are unsuccessful in finding your information, please email me the following information at lmorrison@dnr.in.gov
Full name of the person needing the card (include maiden name, if you were not married when you took the course)
Date of Birth
mailing address
phone number
type of card you need replaced
the county where you took the course
a window of time you took the course, not to exceed three years (in other words, don't say "in the 1980s. try to limit it down to a three year window.)
