He lost his card, and I tried the lookup, but it says "no record found". It was only issued a few years ago, and I might be able to provide the exact day he passed the test. Thanks!

You should be able to order a replacement card at www.ilostmycard.com.
If you are unable to locate it there, please email me his name, date of birth, and approximate time that he took the course at lmorrison@dnr.in.gov. Please include a phone number in case I need to contact you with questions. Thanks.
