Nice find. Looks clean.
My buddy has the tracks you mentioned. They can become a PIA if you work in a lot of sand. His wear out the chain links and cause them to stretch. He has had to remove links, then weld some of the wear up when the adjustment warranted to. Also, if they get in wet mud, the tires can spin inside the tracks.
This is probably all worse case scenario, because he works his equipment to the extreme. I didnt mean to come across as negative to them, I am sure they will give plenty of advantage over plain tires when used.

got me a 2004 Bobcat S130 skidsteer a couple of weeks ago. Just about the size I needed to remove landscaping boulders. 46 hp and light enough to trailer on my #7000 trailer. Found a set of metal over the tire tracks the other day cheap so I bought them, just need wheel spacers to put them on.
