Can you find out why all hunting licenses are not offered for sale on same date?

All licenses should be available at the same date. While the sale of licenses involves a computer system, there is always a possibility of the system not working properly. Can you send me a private message or an email at lmorrison@dnr.in.gov and I will forward it on to the people that deal with these situations. I will need your name and contact information so they can contact you and get everything working properly. Thanks.
