Under the Gold Prospecting Regulations ...
The terms Hard Rock Mineral and Similar Materials is used .
Would this mean ( by deffinition) that you are also Required to have Written Permission from the Landowner to collect Rocks/Geodes and gemstones ( both precious and semi precious ) as outlined in those Regulations ?
