My area has exploded the last two days. A little scouting today and tomorrow and see if we can get busy. I have one group of several thousand snows.

Yes, just leave the ones with the cute little ankle bracelets alone.

All of the snow geese that I had hanging around disappeared Sunday. I live a few miles north of goose pond. Clay City area. There's even more around tonight. It's unbelievable. Scout, scout and scout tomorrow. And see if we can get busy this week. Lol

Probably part of the same larger group. So I agree with featherduster...leave the ones with ankle bracelets for me.

Hi all, this is Sarah Bowman with the Indy Star. I recently heard about some detection of Avian Cholera in waterfowl in Indiana, specifically over in the Gibson County area. Several hundred birds (mostly snow geese) have been found dead in the last couple months.
Is this something anyone has seen? Experienced? Have concerns about?
Let me know, feel free to respond here or email me (sarah.bowman@indystar.com) or give me a call (317-294-7221).
Thanks!

Went goose hunting Sat and Sun. Seen about 75 geese each day but they either stayed North or South of me.
