With the Snow Goose spring hunting being almost restriction free except for limits why do we need to file for a Snow Goose permit.
If someone needs to know Indiana's harvest we could just have an online daily kill sheet or at the seasons end total harvest for those that hunted them.
Does it really make a difference? spring aerial flyovers of the breeding grounds will provide a good idea of the total population.
I thought the snow goose season thing was where we got to take out the magazine plug and install a
clip.
