Had hot tip that geese on a small bay on Monroe. The guy had me meet him at 5am. We had decoys set and blinds brushed in 15 min before light.
It was cold and quiet....all day. Monroe had lots of open water YESTERDAY.

Hunted the same pond as Saturday. Seen birds occasionally, but the real flight took off about 415 or so. 4 of us scratched out a mallard drake and 7 geese. Of course after shooting time ended flock after flock poured into the hole.
