I bet your 14 year old La Cross were made in the USA, They no longer are. Still pretty goods boots though, but not as good as the old USA boots were.

I have a pair of uninsulated LaCrosse boots that I wear turkey hunting if it's not too cold. Had them at least as long as you have had yours and after several hundred miles they are still great boots.

I had a pair I had for about 4 or 5 years but coon hunting and running the river will put holes in just about anything

There was supposed to be a boot giveaway at a gathering but the guy who was giving them away showed up for five minutes when no one was there. I got two pair of the boots and I happened to have a 15$ off coupon on amazon so mine were extra cheap |
