Hey y'all!
My husband and I just started feeding our dogs raw food (raw meat, bones, organs, etc), and a friend of ours said the best source is straight from the hunter. Unfortunately we are new to the Indianapolis area (we're both east coasters) so living in the city hasn't helped us any in finding people who hunt.
With that said, if any of you have old, freezer burnt meat that's being tossed, or have organs or bones that would otherwise go to waste, we would love to talk to you!

God Bless! Welcome! Glad to have you! What kind of dogs do you have? There's a few dog people on here--some guys with versatile breeds (I have a Brittany, for example), some tree dog guys, and even some rabbit dog guys. Where are you located? Edit: Where are you located specifically? Indianapolis area encompasses a large region--I live on the north side between Fishers and Noblesville--may be able to give you some extra meat/organs from a preserve bird hunt. |

Nice! I was wondering if other dog people were here! We have a 1.5 y/o Belgian Malinios and a 11m/o Austrailian Shepherd.
We are located right near broad ripple in the north part of Indy, but we don't mind making a trip to pick up any meat/organs/bones (:

We are located right near broad ripple in the north part of Indy, but we don't mind making a trip to pick up any meat/organs/bones (: I am over in B-Ripp all the time, I have a lot of friends that live out there a few blocks from the bars on Broad Ripple Ave. Click on my username and private message me your number and I can let you know what I get. I am a big proponent of using every bit of the animals we harvest--would love to be able to "donate" the "extras" I end up with! Love Belgian Malinois, gorgeous dogs! |

Welcome to Indy and our site. I live in Greenwood, and my daughter walks some dogs in Broad Ripple. I'll keep you mind.
