Hello all, new member to the forum here. Grew up hunting N.Dakota and been a Hoosier for a while now, getting used to the differences and finding where I like to and can hunt. Finally got my first IN deer last year (shotgun) and plan on getting my son out in the field soon too as he's gotten interested which is great! Look forward to the group.

Hi, nodak. I'm also in Morgan County, and welcome you here.
I hunted in North Dakota almost every year for 16 years, ending about nine years ago.
Hunted the western edge of the state, mostly near Amidon out in Slope County, ranging down to the SW corner of the state.
I was always bowhunting for mulies and antelope, and sometimes a rabbit or two during the years when they were thick.
Loved those badlands! Age finally slowed down my western hunting, but ND was a big part of my life for a couple decades and still is in my memories.
