We have always just made persimmon pudding with our pulp. What other recipes do you guys use?

My wife uses the pulp to make bread and brownies. All similar to the pudding but different.
The one I want her to try is using the pulp in a pecan pie. Our neighbor has told us about it.

I pulped over 400 bags again this year. My fav are cookies. So moist.

Cookies were very good. I thought I messed them up somehow when they didn’t flatten out like a regular cookie but I looked online at some pictures of them and mine looked the same. Now my wife wants to try a pie.
