Got plenty of divers, ringers by the thousands with some teal mixed in. Wrong spot this morning, watched better then 1500 ringers land 150 yards south of us today.

Ouch been there done that. At least you are out after them...still have a few months for us before it gets better. Not many days qualify as good or great!

Boys came home from collage and picked up 7 ring bill today. Again wrong spot by a few hundred yards.

I just got back from a trip up to Copper Harbor, Michigan the whole time I didn't see enough ducks to make a sandwich, did see several what I would call migrating flocks of Canada geese coming off of Lake Superior. Here at home have seen a good amount of Wood ducks and a few mallards. 2 weeks till our opener and there doesn't appear to be any cold weather in the forecast.

LOTS of wood duck around here. There are 30 small timber ponds with in 10 miles of my house, with that many ponds for the wood duck to choose from your better off jump shooting a few ponds each day if you want a limit.
