My application was marked unsuccessful due to not having a valid birthday on the form. I put 03/31/1947. I thought that was the proper way to write it
So what do you do to PROPERLY write in your birthday? Who do I contact from the DNR to find out?

It's probably too late since the draw is done but you can probably call to where you signed up or down state.

On line application dnr page. I have never had to ever give a birthday to apply on that site...birthday for license purchase yes! And I contact them for help! |

Contacted dnr they said no record of my application. However they do my application for the park hunt which I did right after the dove app. Crazy.
