How big of a project am I looking at changing both front CV axles and wheel bearings in a 2002 Yamaha Big Bear.

Ever changed them on a car? No..... I have a buddy that is planning to help, but we keep passing each other at the time clock at work on opposite ends of our day. I'm fairly sure my issue is the left side, but with 15 years on the bike I figured changing both would be the best option.

Hardest part will Be pressing bearings in and out probably. Good thing is you probably don't need it right away so you can take your time.

Git it apart, mostly. It's actually not the axle, the bearing is just that bad.
One nut to go, then change bearing when it arrives, and try to do it all in reverse without messing anything up.

Shouldn't be too bad. I've done Honda's and polaris. We don't have a press so we put the bearing in the freezer and tap in with block of wood. Press would definitely make it easier. All the axles I've done have been real easy.
