Great capture. But that's scary as hell too. I just imaging me being that deer someday. Makes me think when out in the field after dark. Even during the day in a forest it could happen to some one walking a trail all alone.

I honestly don't know how I'd respond to seeing a mountain lion while in my deer stand, turkey blind or just out and about in the woods. I know we're not suppose to shoot them. But, I think I'd be counting myself lucky, and at the advantage, seeing him first. Because who knows, the next time I may be in his crosshairs.

Was turkey hunting in Southern California in the mid '90's. Walked in on a fire trail. When walking out there were Mt. Lion tracks on top of our footprints that we left as we walked in.... Never saw it.
