Here's the only concern I have. It separates those with a government qualified need to carry or otherwise be protected.
We should have the same right of protection as the Congressman, Senator or Clinton.

Why do politicians ignore the fact that criminals are what they are. No matter what the law is for law abiding citizens the criminals will have guns anyways. We MUST be able to protect ourselves!

Here's the only concern I have. It separates those with a government qualified need to carry or otherwise be protected. We should have the same right of protection as the Congressman, Senator or Clinton. Exactly. I don't see how being dumb enough to marry someone who beats you is some how going to infuse that person with special skills or knowledge making them NOW super qualified to have or handle a gun. I'm totally opposed to ANY of these types of carve outs awarding super citizen status to what ever the current favored flavor of citizen the mob wants to support.

If I read the Senate committee meeting schedule correctly, the Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to Amend and Vote Only on HB 1071 this Wednesday, March 29. The meeting starts at 9:00 AM in Room 130.
