Per Indiana hunting laws that is not legal archery equipment.

No, but not because it shoots harder or kills better than mine. It's an air gun that shoots bolts, and this is fine with me.
Not having the space restricting limbs could be advantageous in some situations. I didn't see the weight.
It might be even better for a handicapped person, but it's not a bow at all. I can't imagine Indiana even attempting to recognize it for hunting, but I really don't know much about the people in charge.

Nope..Its an airGUN. I saw another one at the ATA show that shot arrows too, but the didn't call it an airBOW. It has been known that some poachers used to take the shot out of a .410 shell, load it in the gun, ram an arrow down the barrel and shoot a deer with it. Then claimed the deer as an archery kill. Shooting an arrow didn't make the .410 a bow.. .

Nope. There are no limbs therefore it can't be any type of a bow. Its an air gun that shoots a really long bullet with fletching on the end of it.

Definition of a crossbow via dictionary.com "a medieval weapon consisting of a bow fixed transversely on a stock having a trigger mechanism to release the bowstring, and often incorporating or accompanied by a mechanism for bending the bow."
Doesn't quite meet the standard definition of a crossbow
