I plan on doing a little trapping during the Christmas holiday at work. Is it legal to carry a holstered,loaded.22 pistol while riding a 4-wheeler? If not,what are the stipulations to be legal?
I appreciate your response on a somewhat vague question.

The statute allows for an exception to the handgun permit while hunting but not for trapping.
