Finally was on some ducks today. We had 4 men out and killed 17.
5 different kinds. Ringnecks, mallards, canvas back, shovelers, gadwalls.

Nice. I'm hoping to get out here in Ohio. Our late split starts tomorrow. I've only been doing it a few years and absolutely love it.

And I couldn't tell you how many geese. A unbelievable amount. Unfortunately they all was drifting off and setting in a field one county road over. |

Horn: where you seeing more ducks than usual because we're froze up except for the ditches. We were on a 40 acre old mine pit. That's 85 feet deep off the shovel wall. So we had no ice. |
