What are some of everyone's favorites? I have been using Waltons jalapeno seasoning with high temp hot pepper and cheddar cheese. The flavor is not as spicy as one would think, even my wife likes it. For a little extra kick I add jalapeno flakes to half the batch. With the sure gel, seasoning's, cheese, and casings I'm into it $1.70 a pound. I'm not a big fan of the pickling taste that most seem to use.
