I have some property leased and have discovered someone with a fishing camp on the property. I have left a note informing them they are trespassing and asked them to move but they have not moved their camp. What are my options now?

The landowner, not the leasee, is required to consent to the filing of trespassing charges unless this authority was explicitly granted to the leasee in writing. You or the landowner would need to contact your local conservation officer through our central Dispatch at 8128379536. Thanks.
