Last week I fished lake Erie with our group and we caught our limit of 180 Yellow Lake Perch so this weekend the wife and I decided to celebrate the coming of fall with one of our fabulous Sunday breakfasts. I tenderized a deer roast with my new JACCARD then marinated it in Good Seasoning over night. The wife sauteed some Perch in butter while I grilled the deer roast and to top it off we had a Hen of the Woods that I picked this morning, combine all this with eggs over easy and some awesome Pierogi from our favorite Polish grocery store in the Pole section of Chicago and we had one heck of a breakfast.
