Blew the brain out before I heated it up, just stuck the air nozzel in and it splattered right out. The sinus cavity came out a little harder after simmering for about 1 1/2 hours, but it still came out without too much trouble. |

Im glad, iv'e had trouble before with different skulls cleaning out cavaties, never done a bear. |

Did you degrease? I have degreased for 2 months and still had some yellow come out later.

Did you degrease? I have degreased for 2 months and still had some yellow come out later. Let it simmer in a strong solution of Dawn Dish soap for about 1/2 hour. |

It looks great. Bear skulls hold a lot of grease. It might start to show after some time.

Looks nice! I'd sure hate to have those jaws clamping down on me. You and me both. Those critters have amazing power. There were places all over out there where they had been digging for ground squirrels. Looked like bomb craters, rocks that I could hardly roll over were scattered 15 to 20 yards around the hole. |
