Once again this year La Porte hosted the Pyrotechnic Group International Convention. This is what 425 gallons of propane,1/2 gallon of gasoline and a gallon of diesel fuel looks like when it blows. We were several hundred yards away and the heat was still intense. www.youtube.com/watch?v=CH46UFgoi5g

That's kind of scary. I got a 500 gallon propane tank I just had filled for this coming winters heat source sitting about 30 feet from my house. One thing that's for sure, if it ever does blow, from watching that video, I'll never know what hit me.

If it starts throwing flames thirty feet in the air don't stand around watching it

If it starts throwing flames thirty feet in the air don't stand around watching it Would much rather have the flame coming off the PRV than it not working!!!! Just do a quick search for BLEVE (boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion) to see what happens when the PRV doesn't work or the tank doesn't get cooled off quick enough....hint do NOT try to put out the flame-cool the tank down!!!! But Featherduster-that is one cool video!!!!!

HMMMM I wonder how hard that would be to duplicate? I've always wanted a food plot in the middle of my woods.
