Well, I checked my camera on Saturday between rains and it turns out I found a new "best ever". I hadn't seen this guy before, but hopefully he sticks around. I've done a few habitat improvements, hopefully more like this is the pay off!

I think he's cool looking. He also reminds me of the one who busted me coming down my treestand a couple years ago. I really liked him, but he was unusual. It really looked like all this guy had was two antlers that split. They looked really tall. Just with this last batch of photo, I saw what looked to be his offspring. I think this is what I like so much about the antlers; they can be so different. If they were all the same, it would just be about size. I guess I never know what will catch my eye, but it will be interesting to see who this fella develops. Surely, this isn't how Woody got his name.

This series of pics has to be the funniest that I have had on my cameras. I guess he couldn't find a doe. That is really funny. I just started laughing to myself as I scrolled down the three pictures.

Here's one of my all-time favorites. The quarry was taken down without a shot. Other photos from the same time showed enough to positively identify this dirtbag trespasser. He was prosecuted and convicted of trespassing. Judge gave him a year of probation. What really irks me is the guy was either so drunk or high or both that he didn't notice the camera which was in plain sight and only a few feet away from him. Fortunately he didn't steal it. The last thing I need is some idiot POS wandering around on my property.

Once you upload a picture to Photobucket, you then open that photo and to the right of the photo you will see two boxes with links in them, "Direct" and "IMG". If you click on the IMG link, it automatically copies the link and then you can "paste" it here it and it will show up as a photo.

Another hint, you can post just about any picture on the internet in a forum without saving it by "right clicking" on the picture and selecting "copy image link" or "copy image address" and then pasting the link between the IMG brackets typed out link this...be sure to put the link between the two sets of brackets....

I'll certainly do it for you if you need. Once you pull up your photo in photobucket, there's a block of sharing options on the right side of the page. The bottom one is IMG. Click this and it will automatically copy it for you and then you can paste in a thread here. The image will not be seen until you post the comment.
