I recently have moved to Indiana from Michigan and have been taking some scouting trips to find places to duck hunt. I've been to the Wabash River in the J.E. Roush wildlife area, just curious if anyone has had luck there and if it gets hunted hard. Any tips or feedback is appreciated.

Don't know anyone that has hunted it for waterfowl. You may want to check at the office to see if some areas are closed due to the dove fields. Ducks and geese use most of the small ponds until ice up.

I have had some good luck at roush. There are a lot of ducks and geese there especially when it freezes in northern Indiana. There are several sign in boxes and a crap ton of little ponds on the property. Might even get lucky and see the bald eagles that have made some nest. Good luck
