A mothers day meal fit for a queen

I started by marinating the Last of my Lake Michigan Lake Trout in my secret marinate.
I took hash brown potatoes and added some red pepper, onion, garlic and fresh dill then lined x-tra large muffin tins to create a nest I baked it till it started to crisp up then I dropped a jumbo egg in each nest with some cheddar cheese returning it to the oven till it cooked to satisfaction.
I sauteed Morel mushrooms in butter,grilled the trout and for an early treat we had some delicious sweet corn.
I served this with a fresh loaf of Italian bread warmed in the oven and some fresh orange juice.
