To celebrate the harvesting of a turkey and the beginning of mushroom season my wife and I joined forces in creating a wonderful breakfast. We had Lake Erie Walleye buttered and coated with panko crumbs and parmesan resting on a bed of fresh dill this was baked in the oven. The wife made a frittata with farm fresh eggs, diced green onions, fresh morel mushrooms (that were picked yesterday), fresh red pepper and wild asparagus that was also cut yesterday. We also included seasoned diced potatoes and French baguette bread with orange juice and coffee. Time to pick morels and hit Lake Erie for some walleye.
