We noticed the paragraph in the DNR booklet about nuisance beavers destroying trees. It's legal to take such beavers with permission from the landowner, even out of season. Is it legal to shine beavers at night and shoot them with rifle (.223 or bigger) or shotgun (slug or buckshot)? What about using crossbow/broadhead?
