I've recently moved near a good piece of land that I'm interested in trapping. In doing my research I found that it is owned by the county bd of commissioners, similar to a park. It is not within any city limits, just a piece of land along a road that was set aside probably for flood control.
What is the state's position on hunting/trapping this land? Restrictions? Open access?
Thanks.

As with any land not owned by the state, the owner of the land can permit or deny consent for hunting, trapping, fishing, ect. You would need to check with the county commissioners to get permission.
