Pheasant draw hunt

I'm a little late posting this as our hunt was nov 7th. My son got drawn for the youth hunt and was able to take 2 adults. We got drawn for 2 properties just outside of Fowler about a 1/2 hour away from our house. I asked my friend that lives up there to help me find someone with a dog. We ended up going with a guy that had a great dog. He had even hunted one of the properties before the state got it. I ended up with 2 birds on 2 shots using my Grandpa's model 12 Winchester 20 gauge that I inherited. My son ended up getting one but should have had his two also. First ever pheasants for both of us.
