the rage 2.3 broadheads becca and 3pt are using in there crossbow, are these exactly the same heads one would use in a compound bow.

Billy, I would not hesitate to use them in a compound. Unless someone has data contrary, I believe that the "crossbow" broadheads are just a marketing ploy.
I'm using the rage 100g 2.0" cutting, 2 blade slip cams in my crossbow and they are not labeled as crossbow specific.

The xbow heads usually have a sturdier retaining system for the blades on expandables. My xbow rage heads have a shock collar to keep them from deploying in flight. Depending on the speed of your xbow or regular compound either head should be fine
