Thanks for your thorough response in the other thread. But it did raise another question:
How does the state classify an ATV (4-wheeler) as it pertains to the spotlighting rule while in possession of a weapon? (IE: is someone allowed to use a hand-held spotlight or flashlight while riding an ATV if armed with a handgun or otherwise in possession of any other unloaded weapon in compliance with the law?)

An ATV is considered a motor vehicle. However, under the ORV statutes, it outlines additional restrictions to carrying guns and bows.
