Grilled marinated Steel Head Trout caught this summer in Lake Michigan, Honey Mushrooms picked 2 days ago sauteed in butter, new potatoes sliced and diced with garden grown peppers, farm fresh eggs right from the chickens butt just yesterday. Served with toasted bagels spread with homemade maple butter and topped off with orange juice and coffee. What a great way to start out a cool autumn day.

Fish for breakfast? Hmm...don't think I've ever experienced that.

Seen some of them in the river when I was deer hunting Monday morning. Used to have fish for breakfast when I used to go down to Green/Sullivan to fish for the weekend. But what featherduster is cooking up sounds incredibly delicious.
